Orders

An order is considered confirmed upon successful placement and acceptance. Clavel reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm order details or request additional information when needed.

An order may be canceled and the payment refunded if a product is unavailable or if fulfilling the order becomes impossible for any reason.

Delivery

The customer must provide accurate and complete delivery details. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, or exceptional circumstances.

Clavel is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses or phone numbers provided by the customer.

Customized Products

Customized orders and special arrangements are subject to availability and prior approval. Minor details may vary from reference images depending on the availability of chocolates, roses, or packaging elements.

All returns and exchanges are subject to Clavel’s Return & Exchange Policy.
